� '` I , <br /> ��Y\�V�'�iA� ''�. <br /> ORD I NANCE NO. � ��`1 � <br /> ORDINA.NCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> CHAPTER 49 - SECTION 18 <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CDUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, � <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1 . That Chapter 49 of the City Code of the City of <br /> Decatur , Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, modified and <br /> amended at Section 18 thereof, so that as so modified and amended <br /> said Section 18 of said Chapter 49 shall provide as follows: <br /> 18. During those hours in whi�h alcoholic liquor shall <br /> not be sold , delivered or consumed in premises licensed <br /> hereunder , alcoholic liquor shall not be consumed , <br /> possessed , stored , kept or otherwise permitted or <br /> maintained in any building , or portion thereof, used by <br /> members, or guests of inembers, of any club operating <br /> therein, in the meeting or public rooms of hntels, <br /> motels or any other business which leases or otherwise <br /> provides such rooms for banquets, receptions, dances or <br /> other similar activities, or in any public place of <br /> accommodation or amusement or place of public resort , <br /> including but not limited to , places selling mix , ice, <br /> water and providing drinking utensils for the purpose of <br /> mixing drinks containing alcoholic liquors for <br /> consumption thereat , or those places commonly known as <br /> bottle clubs and similar places; provided that , <br /> alcoholic liquor may be stored or kept in any such <br /> building , or portion thereof, that is properly licensed <br /> for the sale of alcoholic liquor under the provisions <br /> hereof. <br /> Section 2.
