, ,, � �' � - � a1 <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants <br /> set out herein, it is agreed by and between JAMES H. WHITAKER, <br /> ( "Owner" ) , and THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS, t "City" ) , as <br /> follows: <br /> 1 . The provisions of this Agreement and the installation, <br /> operation and use of the water service authorized hereby are <br /> expressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes, <br /> ordinances, rules and regulations of City, and Owner agrees to <br /> comply therewith . <br /> 2. Upon obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner <br /> foliowed by the City for premises within its corporate limits, <br /> Owner may tap the water main of City existing in Reas Bridge Road <br /> and connect a water service thereto to furnish residential <br /> service only to the premises of Owner , commonly known as SOSO <br /> Reas Bridge Road , Decatur , Illinois, and described as: <br /> Commencing 1100 feet South of the Northwest Corner of <br /> the Southwest 1/4 of Section 33 Township 17 North Range <br /> 3 East of the Third Principal Meridian, thence East 297 <br /> feet , thence South 220 feet , thence West 297 feet , <br /> thence North 220 feet to the place of beginning . <br /> 3. Said tap , connection and service shall be made and <br /> installed by a licensed plumber . <br /> 4. The water furnished by City shall only be used for <br /> domestic purposes and only upon the premises described herein. <br /> 5. At such time as said premises become contiguous to the <br /> corporate limits of City the then owner of said premises shall <br />
