. . r y + . « �ICit�OfiLM�i� ORDINANCE N0. � D — 3 3 ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING SALE OF LAND 1200 BLOCK OF RAVINA PARK ROAD BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: Section i . That the offer of Three Hundred Dollars (�300.00) by Joseph C. Gillespie for the vacant frontage land at 1236 Ravina Park Road , and legally described as follows be, and the same is hereby, received , placed on file and accepted : Beginning at a point five (S) feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot Sixteen ( 16) of H. S. Saker Addition as per Plat recorded in Book 683 Page 101 of the records in the Recorder ' s Office of Macon County, Illinois, thence southerly to a point , said point being 23 feet south of and 8 feet east of the Southwest corner of said Lot Sixteen, thence easterly to a point , said point being 79 .5 feet east of and 21 feet south of the southwest corner of said Lot 16; thence Northeasterly to a point , said point being 14 feet South of the Southeast corner of said Lot 16 extended , thence North 10 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 16; thence Westerly along the south line of said Lot 16 to the point of beginning . Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal and attest a quit claim deed conveying said premises to Joseph C . Gillespie, said deed to reserve to the City an easement for watermain purposes across said property , and the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized and directed , upon payment by said purchaser of the above-mentioned consideration, to cause said deed to be delivered to said purchaser .
