This irregular <br /> strip of land ad�acent to the R.O.W. line of Ravina Park Road is <br /> not builda'ble and could only have value to the abutting property <br /> owner which in this case is you, Mr. Gillespie. There are no <br /> comparable sales of surplus unbuildable small land parcels, but <br /> applying our knowledge of the market place coupled with past file <br /> information it is our opinion that the parcel is only worth a <br /> nominal amount to the adjoining land owner such as $200.00 to <br /> $300.00. Such a sale will accomplish three things: <br /> A. Put the land parcel back on the Tax Rolls. <br /> B. Relieve the City of it's upkeep. <br /> C.
