<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,
<br /> ILLiNOIS:
<br /> Section 1. That until the further order of the Council and
<br /> effective May l , 1988, and subject to applicable provisions of �
<br /> ordinance or administrative order not inconsistent herewi�h,
<br /> positions assigned to the management service be, and they are
<br /> hereby, authorized to have attached thereto and employees
<br /> occupying the same on May 1 , 1988 be, and they are hereby,
