purchase price, excluding any original issue discount, not less <br /> than 98$ of par (plus accrued interest from the date of the Bonds <br /> to the date of delivery thereof) and shall have a final maturity <br /> not later than November 15, 2020; provided further, that the <br /> total compensation paid to the Underwriter in connection with the <br /> sale of the Bonds, including any underwriting discount, shall not <br /> exceed 3.0� of the face amount of the Bonds. From and after the <br /> execution and delivery of the Purchase Contract, the officials, <br /> agents and employees of the Municipality are hereby authorized, <br /> empowered and directed to do all such acts and things necessary <br /> to carry out and comply with the provisions of the Purchase <br /> Contract . ' <br /> Section 5. That from and after the execution and <br /> delivery of said documents, the proper officials, agents and <br /> employees af the Municipality are hereby authorized, empowered <br /> and directed to do all such acts and things and to executed all <br /> such documents as may be necessary to carry out and comply with <br /> the provisions of said documents as executed, and to further the <br /> purposes and intent of this Ordinance, including the preamble <br /> hereto. <br /> Section 6. That all acts and doings of the officials <br /> of the Municipality which are in conformity with the purposes and <br /> intent of this Ordinance and in furtherance of the issuance of <br /> the Bonds be, and the same hereby are, in all respects approved <br /> and conf i rmed. <br /> -6- <br />
