SE IT ORDAINED BY THE CODNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> MACON COQNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Amendments. (1) Section 1 of the Original <br /> Enabling Ordinance is amended by deleting such Section in its <br /> entirety and substituting thereof the following: <br /> "This ordinance may be referred to as the <br /> City of Decatur Hospital and Health Care <br /> Facility Revenue Bond Enabling Ordinance. " <br /> (2) Section 2(3) of the Original Enabling Ordinance is <br /> amended by deleting such Section in its entirety and substituting <br /> in lieu thereof the following: <br /> " ( 3) � "Hospital" means any corporation <br /> organized under the Illinois General Not for <br /> Profit Corporation Act for the purpose of <br /> rendering hospital, nursing home or other <br /> health care services . " <br />' ( 3) Section 2(4) of the Original Enabling Ordinance is <br /> amended by deleting such Section in its entirety and substituting <br /> in lieu thereof the following: <br /> " ( 4) "Hospital Facility" means any property <br /> of any kind having to do with providing <br /> hospital, nursing home or other health care <br /> services lacated in the City and which serves <br /> residents of the City. " <br /> Section 2. Severability Clause. The provisions of <br /> this ordinance are severable and if any of its provisions or any <br /> sentence, clause or paragraph shall be held unconstitutional by <br /> any court of competent jurisdiction, the decision of such court <br /> shall not affect or impair any of the remaining provisions. <br /> -2- <br />
