10. Any other use of similar character which is not <br /> ob�ectionable by reason of the emission of odor , <br /> dust , smoke, gas, fumes, noise or vibration or <br /> which is not specifically prohibited or regulated <br /> in Section XVI . <br /> Section 4. That Section XX A. of said Zoning Ordinance be, <br /> and the same is hereby , amended by adding the following paragraph <br /> thereto , said paragraph to provide as follows: <br /> 29 . �elf service storage facility: three spaces plus <br /> one space per employee and further provided that a <br /> parking lane having a minimum width of ten feet <br /> shall be provided along and in addition to the <br /> minimum requirement for the traffic lane serving <br /> storage units. <br /> Section 5. That Section XXI A. 1 . of said Zoning Ordinance <br /> be, and the same is hereby , amended by adding the following <br /> paragraph thereto , said paragraph to provide as follows: <br /> (y ) . Self service storage facility in the B-2 Commercial <br /> District with the following stipulations: ( 1 ) that <br /> no individual storage unit shall be larger than 600 <br /> square feet , (2) that a single tenant shall not be <br /> allowed to lease more than 3000 square feet of <br /> storage area, (3) that there shall be no outside <br /> storage permitted , ( 4) that any side or rear lot <br /> line adjoining a residential district shall be <br /> screened with a six foot high sight break fence, <br /> (5) that no storage of hazardous chemicals, highly <br /> combustible or explosive materials or flammable <br /> liquids shall be allowed , and (6) that activities <br /> including but not limited to the following , are <br /> expressly prohibited : rummage sales or flea <br /> markets, retail or wholesale sales , auctions, <br /> repair of vehicles or equipment , operation of power <br /> tools such as spray painting equipment , table saws , <br /> lathes, compressors and welding equipment , and the <br /> establishment of a transfer and storage business. <br /> Section 6. That said Zoning Ordinance at Section XIV.B . ( 9) <br /> be, and the same is hereby, amended so that said Section as <br /> amended provides as follows: <br /> 9. Self service storage facility. <br />
