. , "That truck traffic to and from said premises , and the loading or unloading of same, shall be restricted to and conducted only between the hours of 7 :00 A.M. and 5 : 00 P.M. each day, excepting emergency situations; all other operations normally incidental to the extraction of sand and gravel may be conducted at any hours of the day. " (c) That Sections 2 , 4( c ) and 4( j ) of Ordinance No. 5991 be, and the same are hereby, repealed. Section 3 . That in addition to the restrictions and conditions contained in Ordinance No. 5991, as amended hereby, said special perrnit as authorized thereby and amended herein is further expressly conditioned as follows : ( a) That no sand or gravel storage piles shall exceed a height which would place the same above an elevation 640 feet above sea level. (b ) That no rock crushing operations shall be allowed on the premises described herein. ( c ) That the general operational and reclamation activities of the petitioner on said premises be in accordance with the operational and reclamation plans submitted by petitioner and dated September 16 , 1987 , and September 14 , 1987 , said operational and reclamation plans being attached hereto, marked Exhibits B and C respectively, and hereby made a part hereof. (d ) That said petitioner furnish and keep in full force and effect a bond with condition and security satisfactory to and approved by the Corporation Counsel conditioned upon the faithful compliance with all the conditions of this special permit and upon the faithful adherence to said reclamation plan in the restoration of said site upon the completion of said operations, which bond and security shall be maintained by petitioner in an amount and penalty equal to $600 .00 per acre or part thereof of land affected by such extraction and petitioner shall not disturb the surface or overburden beyond a total area at any time exceeding in acreage the face amount of said bond divided by $600 .00. Section 4 . That except as modified by the provisions hereof, the special use permit heretofore granted by Ordinance No. 5991 remains in full force and effect , and the same remains subject to all the conditions , limitations and restrictions set out in the ordinance aforesaid, as amended hereby.
