damaged for such improvement, and for the purposes specified in <br /> this Ordinance, and to ascertain what property will be benefited <br /> by such improvement, and the amount of such benefits to be levied <br /> for such improvement in accordance with the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance and in the manner prescribed by law. <br /> SECTION 16 : That for the purpose of anticipating the <br /> collection of the instailments of said Special Assessment for <br /> said improvement , the said City of Decatur, Illinois , shall issue <br /> vouchers and/or bonds payable out of said installments , bearing <br /> interest at the rate of 10% per annum, payable when collected, <br /> and signed by the Mayor and City Clerk of said City under the <br /> corporate seal of the said City of Decatur, Illinois ; said <br /> vouchers and/or bonds to be issued in accordance with and <br /> conforming in all respects to the provisions of Article IX of the ' <br /> Act above described, but provided that said bonds shall be I <br /> registered bonds of the City of Decatur and issued in numerical <br /> order, and to be hereafter authorized by an additional Ordinance <br /> of the City of Decatur. <br /> SECTION 17 : That the cost of the improvement, including <br /> engineering costs for planning, construction, supervision, court <br /> costs , attorney' s fees and the cost of spreading the assessment <br /> upon the property benefited as provided by law, as presented to <br /> and approved by the �oard of Local Improvements and certified <br /> over the signature of the President of The Board of Local <br /> Improvements, is attached hereto. <br /> SECTION 18: That this Ordinance shall be published in <br /> �ull , omitting the detailed maps , profiles , drawings , plans and <br /> (6) <br />► <br />
