<br /> MANAGEMENT SERVICES
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,
<br /> ILLINOIS:
<br /> Section 1 . That until the further order of the Council
<br /> and effective August 31, 1987 , and subject to applicable
<br /> provisions of ordinance or administrative order not
<br /> inconsistent herewith, positions assigned to the management
<br /> service be, and they are hereby, authorized to have attached
<br /> thereto and employees occupying the same on August 31, 1987
<br /> be, and they are hereby, authorized to be paid salaries
