The petitioner has entered into an option with Leih- ' <br /> ser Oil Co. for the purchase of the propane business of Leih- �� <br /> ser including its interest in the real estate described in , <br /> paragraph 1 above. One of the conditions in the Agreement I', <br /> for purchase is that approval be given and a permit be issued <br /> to your petitioner for the use described in paragraph 1 above. <br /> The petitioner intends to store propane in bulk for distri- I <br /> bution on said premises. <br /> 5. Petitioner does not own property adjacent to the <br /> property for which approval of and permit is sought for the <br /> use described above. <br /> 6. The purpose for the Application is: The property <br /> described is presently being used for bulk storage of refined <br /> petroleum product for distribution. Emro Propane Company, <br /> petitioner, desires to use the property for bulk storage of <br /> propane for distribution. <br /> 7. In support of this Application, petitioner hereby <br /> submits to the City Council the following facts: <br /> (a) The property described above has been continuously <br /> used since in or about 1973 for the bulk storage of re- <br /> fined petroleum products for distribution. <br /> (b) That your petitioner desires to locate a propane <br /> distribution center on the property described above and . <br /> use said premises for the bulk storage of propane for <br /> distribution. The propane would be stored in two 18,000 <br /> gallon tanks; that the proposed location of said tanks <br /> is as shown on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part <br /> hezeof. <br /> -2- <br />
