Durbin, I. Kaye Durbin, ,7ack L. <br /> McCoy and Linda L. McCoy, as general partners. The address of said <br /> owner is 3411 Christine Drive, Decatur, Illinois 62526. The <br /> petitioner has entered into a Purchase Agreement with the said owner, <br /> whereby the sale is contingent upon the rezoning of the said real <br /> estate.
