- 2 - <br /> Petitioner is represented in this proceeding by Dennis B. <br /> Rodgers, Attorney, 604-P�tillikin Court, Decatur, Illinois. <br /> The petitioner understands and believes that the Comprehensive <br /> Plan heretofore adopted by the City of Decatur shows the area which <br /> includes the above-described property as being suitable for M-1 <br /> Light Industrial classification and uses.
