thereof shall be accompanied by an application fee of <br /> $100. 00 plus $15.00 for each medical transport vehicle <br /> to be operated during the license year which license <br /> year shall commence on October 1 and end the following II <br /> September 30. <br /> 6 . Within a reasonable time after an application <br /> for original license is filed with the Clerk, a public <br /> hearing shall be, and in the case of application for <br /> renewal of license a hearing may be, held by the City <br /> Manager, or his designee, notice of the time and place <br /> whereof shall be published once in a newspaper of <br /> general circulation in the City not less than ten days <br /> prior to said hearing, and a copy of which said notice <br /> shall be served, either personally or by mail, upon the <br /> applicant and upon each ambulance service then cur- <br /> rently licensed by tl�e City. <br /> 7.
