Each installment, <br /> except the first one, shall be in the amount of SI00. 00 or some <br /> multiple thereof, and each of said installments shall bear <br /> interest at the rate of not more than 107 per annum, payable <br /> annually, according to law, until paid. <br /> SECTION 14: That all proceedings for the taking or <br /> dama.ging of property and for the assessing, levying and <br /> collecting of said Special Assessment as herein provided for, and <br /> for each and every installment thereof, and for the letting of <br /> the contract of said improvement, and for the payment of the work <br /> and ma.terials , all, each and every proceeding shall accord with <br /> and be governed by an act of the General Assenbly of Illinois, <br /> entitled, "LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS" , being Chapter 24 , Illinois <br /> Revised Statutes , Article Ilr, and all acts amendatory thereof. <br /> SECTION 15: That management of said improvement shall be <br /> under the general supervision of The Board of Local T�provements <br /> (5) <br />
