All sidewalks, parkways, or pavements <br /> disturbed by AT&T shall be restored in accordance with all applicable <br /> ordinances of the City of Decatur and in accordance with the specific <br /> requirements outlined in Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein <br /> by reference. <br /> 8. The parties further agree that this License is subject to <br /> amendment or modification and permission and authority herein granted <br /> may be revoked by the City Council if AT&T fails or negiects to <br /> comply with all terms contained herein, but only after AT&T has been <br /> given sixty (60) days to cure any defaults. Provided, however, that <br /> if the City Manager declares such default to be a threat to the <br /> public health, safety or welfare, and so notifies AT&T, by mail or by <br /> phone, AT&T must commence cure of the default within forty-eight (48) <br /> hours of notification and must fully cure said default within ten , <br /> (10) days from the date of said notification.
