AT&T further agrees to hold and save the City of Decatur <br /> harmless from any and all liability and expense, including the <br /> judgments, costs, damages and attorneys fees for the installation, <br /> removal, relocation, alteration, repair and maintenance and <br /> restoration of the structures or appliances herein authorized and <br /> from any and all damages thereto on account of the location, <br /> construction, alteration repair or maintenance of any public ways, <br /> bridges, subways, tunnels, vaults, sewers, water mains, conduits, <br /> pipes, poles, and other utilites. For the City of Decatur to recover <br /> from AT&T's bonding company and AT&T under this paragraph, it is not <br /> necessary that. the City of Decatur first make said removal, <br /> relocation, alteration, repair, maintenance or restoration. The <br /> Director of Public Works is hereby authorized to determine what cost <br /> would be involved to perform said removal, relocation, alteration, <br /> repair, maintenance or restoration. It shall be the responsibility <br /> of the grantee to furnish the City of Decatur, prior to the issuance <br /> of permits for this privilege, a copy of a certificate of insurance <br /> naming the City of Decatur, Illinois, as an additional insured in an <br /> amount of not less than One Million and no/100 �$1,000,000.00) <br /> Dollars per occurrence with said insurance covering all liability <br /> including public liability and property damage, that may result from <br /> the granting of this privilege. The aforementioned insurance <br /> coverage shall be maintained at all times by and at the sole expense <br /> of the Grantee until the structures or appliances described in this <br /> ordinance are removed and the public way is restored as herein <br /> required. <br /> 10.
