CHAPTER 66.1 <br /> FAIR HOUSING <br /> 1. As used in this Chapter, unless a different meaning appears clearly <br /> from its context, the following terms shall have the meanings provided in <br /> this section: <br /> a. Discriminate or discrimination: To differentiate in treatment between <br /> individuals or groups of individuals on the basis of color, sex, geo- <br /> graphical or national ancestry or origin, race, religion, age, or <br /> handicap or any combination thereof, or on the basis of color, sex, <br /> geographical or national ancestry or origin, race, religion, age, or <br /> handicap or any combination thereof, of the friends or associates of <br /> an individual or a group of individuals (Amended by Ordinance No. 5744, <br /> November 27, 1972) . <br /> b. Dwelling: Any building, or structure, or portion thereof, which is <br /> arranged, designed or used as a home, residence, or living quarters <br /> of one or more human beings. <br /> c. Housing Accommodation: Any building, structure, or things, or por- <br /> tion thereof, used, or occupied, or intended, arranged or designed <br /> to be used or occupied as a home, residence or living quarters, for <br /> one or more human beings, including any vacant land appropriately <br /> zoned and intended to be used for the construction or implacement <br /> of any such building, structure or thing. <br /> d. Person: Any person, and includes associations, firms, partnerships, <br /> corporations as well as natural persons, both in these definitions <br /> and elsewhere herein, and as to partnerships includes all partners <br /> thereof, individually, and as to corporations, ail officers thereof, <br /> individually <br />
