e. Transfer: To sell, rent, lease, barter, sublease, purchase, I,
<br /> exchange or assign real property or any interest therein, or
<br /> possession thereof.
<br /> f. Age: The chronological age of a person who is 40 but not yet
<br /> 70 years old.
<br /> g. Handicap: A determinable, immutable physical or mental character-
<br /> istic of a person, the history of such characteristic, or the
<br /> perception of such characteristic by others, which may result
<br /> from disease, injury, congenital condition of birth or functional
<br /> disorder and which characteristic is unrelated to the person's
<br /> ability to perform or carry out the function involved in the prac-
<br /> tice of discrimination.
<br /> 2. It shall be unlawful-
<br /> a. To refuse to sell or rent after the making of a bona fide offer, or
<br /> to refuse to negotiate for the sale or rental of, or otherwise make
<br /> unavailable or deny, a dwelling to any person because of race, color,
<br /> religion, sex, national origin, age, or handicap.
<br /> b. To discriminate against any person in the terms, conditions, or privi-
<br /> leges of sale or rental of a dwelling, or in the provision of services
<br /> or facilities in connection therewith, because of race, color, religion,
<br /> sex, national origin, age, or handicap.
<br /> c. To make, print, or publish, or cause to be made, printed, or published
<br /> any notice, statement, or advertisement, with respect to the sale or
<br /> rental af a dwelling that indicates any preference, limitation, or
<br /> discrimination based nn race, color, religion, sex, national origin,
<br /> age, or handicap or an intention to make any such preference, limita-
<br /> tion, or discrimination.
