age group, when such housing accommodation is authorized, approved, <br /> financed or subsidized, in whole or in part for the benefit of the <br /> handicapped, or of that age group, by a unit of local, state or <br /> federal government. <br /> 7. Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be <br /> fined not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) . <br /> 8. The provisions of this Chapter shall be liberally construed <br /> according to the fair import of the terms therein contained to further <br /> the purposes and policy expressed. <br /> 9. Nothing in this Chapter shall be deemed to repeal, release or <br /> restrict the existing powers of the Advisory Commission on Human <br /> Relations to work �hrough conciliation, discussion and education to <br /> eliminate discrimination in housing and other matters. <br /> 10. Should any section, clause or provision of this Chapter be declared <br /> to be invalid by a court, such shall not affect the validity of this <br /> Chapter as a whole or in part other �han the part so declared invalid. <br />
