� <br /> .-�;�; . <br /> 10-9 Employees in the fire service duly appointed <br /> to serve as members or alternates of the union' s <br /> bargaining committee for purposes of negotiating <br /> agreements with the City covering wages, hours and <br /> other conditions of employment , shall be permitted to <br /> attend bargaining sessions with the city concerning <br /> such agreements during regularly scheduled hours of <br /> duty with no loss of pay. <br /> Section 3 . That Section 8-1(d) of Chapter 8 of said <br /> Ordinance No. 78-28 be , and the same is hereby, repealed . <br /> Section 4 .
