That the agreement presented to the Council <br /> herewith between the City and Decatur Public Building Commission <br /> for the sale by the City and the purchase by the Commission of <br /> the premises therein described be, and the same is hereby, <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2 . That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authori2ed and directed to sign, seal and attest said <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 3 . That the form of deed presented to the Council <br /> herewith to accomplish the transfer aforesaid be, and the same is <br /> hereby, approved. <br /> Section 4 . That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to sign, seal, attest and <br /> acknowledge said deed on behalf of the City and, upon receipt o� <br /> the consideration therein set out, to cause said deed to be <br /> delivered to the Commission. <br /> Section 5 . That said premises which are within the <br /> corporate limits of the City which is the county seat of the <br /> County of Macon, Illinois , be, and the same are hereby, approved <br /> as the site for the project of the Commission known as the Macon <br /> County Law Enforcement Facilities . <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND REC�ED this 1?_th day of <br /> May, 1986 .
