� � <br /> � ; <br /> t� .. , . <br /> , <br /> REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br /> The City of Decatur (Seller) agrees to sell and Decatur <br /> Public Building Commission (Buyer) agrees to purchase at the <br /> price of Four Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br /> ($477, 500) the following described real estate located in Macon <br /> County, Illinois : <br /> All of Block 7 of South Addition to Decatur, as <br /> per Plat recorded in Book G page 553 of the Records <br /> in the Recorder' s Office of Macon County, Illinois . <br /> The parties further agree as follows : <br /> l. At settlement, Seller will furnish an owner' s title <br /> insurance policy insuring against defects in merchantability of <br /> title in an amount to be agreed upon by the parties . <br /> 2. At settlement, Buyer shall pay Seller the purchase <br /> price of Four Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br /> ($477, 500) . <br /> 3. At settlement, Seller shall deliver to B�uyer a warranty <br /> deed to the property. <br /> 4. After settlement, Seller will vacate Washington <br /> Street between Water and Franklin Streets . <br /> 5. Buyer will construct a law enforcement facility on <br /> the property being purchased and Buyer agrees that Seller may <br /> remain in possession of the property until the commencement of <br /> construction. <br />
