The City or the County, in their sole discretion, <br /> may pay in advance any portion of the annual rental, in which <br /> event the Commission shall credit the City or the County, as the <br /> case may be, with such advance payment or payments, and any and <br /> all advance payments to be made shall be held in the Revenue Fund I <br /> established by the Bond Resolution and invested and be applied to <br /> the payment of the rent for the year or years for which the ad- <br /> vance payment or payments was or were made, all in accordance <br /> with the terms of this Lease and the Bond Resolution. <br /> F. The City and the County each represent and warrant <br /> that their obligation to make rental payments hereunder con- <br /> stitutes a general obligation for the payment of which their <br /> respective full faiths and credits are hereby pledged. Upon the <br /> execution of thi.s Lease, the City and the County shall provide by <br /> separate resolution or ordinance, as the case may be, for. the <br /> levy and collection of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay <br /> -9- <br />
