<br /> the Site and the Macon County Law Facilities Center allocated to i
<br /> its use as specified in the statement appended hereto, marked
<br /> Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof, to hold for a term commencing
<br /> as of the date of this Lease and ending on April 1, 2006 .
<br /> D. The City covenants and agrees, on or before
<br /> December 1, of each of the years hereinafter designated, to pay
<br /> to the Commission for the use and occupancy of the space al-
<br /> located to it under the terms of this Lease, the following annual
<br /> rentals:
