Such <br /> • direction shall be effective until the next ensuing December 1. <br /> H. The County and the City covenant and agree that <br /> they, respectively, will not permit the use of their respective <br /> portions of the demised premises in any manner different from <br /> herein contemplated which will increase the applicable rates of <br /> insurance then in effect thereon, or for any purpose which will <br /> result in a violation of State or Federal laws, rules, or regula- i <br /> tions, or ordinances or resolutions of the City of Decatur, Macon �� <br /> County, Illinois, or of The County of Macon, Illinois, now or <br /> hereafter in force and applicable thereto. <br /> I. The County covenants and agrees that it shall <br /> defend, indemnify and save harmless the Commission, its officers, <br /> � agents and employees, and the City, its officers, agents and <br /> employees, at all times against any claims, demands, loss or <br /> liability for bodily injury or death, damage to property or any <br /> loss, cost, damage or expense arising out of the County' s use and <br /> occupancy of the demised premises, or the acts or omissions of <br /> the County' s officers, employees or agents. <br /> -11- <br />
