The City covenants and agrees that it shall defend, <br /> indemnify and save harmless the Commission, its officers, agents <br /> and employees, and the County, its officers, agents and <br /> employees, at all times against any claims, demands, loss or <br /> liability for bodily injury or death, damage to property or any <br /> loss, cost, damage or expense arising out of the City' s use and <br /> occupancy of the demised premises, or the acts or omissions of <br /> the City' s officers, employees or agents. <br /> K. The County covenants and agrees that it will <br /> promptly cause to be made any and all changes and alterations in <br /> and about those portions of the demised premises occupied by the <br /> County, which during the term of this lease may be required to be <br /> made at any time by reason of the ordinances of the City, resolu- <br /> tions of the County or State or Federal laws, and will save the <br /> Commission harmless from any and all costs, damage and expense in <br /> relation thereto. <br /> L.
