If the County or the City shall fail to cause such <br /> required changes or alterations to be made to the demised <br /> premises, the Commission may enter upon the demised premises and <br /> cause the same to be made and the County shall reimburse the <br /> Commission for any such change or alteration made in those por- <br /> tions of the demised premises occupied by the County, and the <br /> City shall reimburse the Commission for any such change or alter- <br /> ation made in those portions of the demised premises occupied by <br /> the City, and the County and the City shall in concert reimburse <br /> the Commission in the same respective proportions as set out in <br /> paragraph M. for any such change or alteration made in those <br /> portions of the demised premises occupied by said Lessees in <br /> common. <br /> SECTION III <br /> Operation and Maintenance of Public Building <br /> A. The City or the County shall be solely responsible <br /> for the maintenance, operation, upkeep and safekeeping of those <br /> portions of the premises occupied by themselves, except as <br /> provi�ed in Section I(C) hereof and shall undertake the cost of <br /> -13- <br />
