. � '� � <br /> ( iv) any failure, in whole or in part, <br /> of the Commission to obtain and maintain the <br /> insurance which is provided to be maintained <br /> by the Commission under this lease; and <br /> (v) any failure, in whole or in part, <br /> of the Commission to perform all or any of its <br /> other obligations, expressed or implied, to or <br /> for the benefit of the City and the County, <br /> whether such obligations are provided for in <br /> this Lease, result from operation of law, or <br /> are provided for in, or result from, some <br /> other contract or agreement at any time or <br /> from time to time entered into between the <br /> Commission, the City and the County. <br /> SECTION VI <br /> Insurance <br /> A. The Commission shall carry or cause to be carried <br /> insurance as may be required by the provisions of the Bond Reso- <br /> lution. <br /> B. The Commission will not carry insurance of any kind <br /> on the City' s or the County' s furniture or furnishings, or on any <br /> fixtures, equipment, improvements or appurtenances removable by <br /> the City or the County under the provisions of this Lease, and <br /> the Commission shall not be obligated to repair any damage <br /> thereto resulting from fire or other casualty, or replace the <br /> = same if destroyed by fire or other casualty. <br /> C. Al1 officers and employees of the Commission autho- <br /> rized to receive or retain the custody of money, or to sign <br /> vouchers, checks, warrants or evidences of indebtedness on behalf <br /> of the Commission, shall furnish surety bond for the faithful <br /> performance of their duties and the faithful accounting of all <br /> moneys that may come into their hands, in an amount to be fixed <br /> and in the form to be approved by the Commission. <br /> -17- <br />
