, ..� . <br /> The Commission will maintain and keep proper books of <br /> record and account, separate from all other records and accounts, <br /> in which shall be made full and correct entries of all trans- <br /> actions relating to the Project and this Lease. Not later than <br /> three ( 3) months after the close of each fiscal year, the Com- <br /> mission will cause to be prepared a statement in reasonable de- <br /> tail, sworn to by its Treasurer, showing the Commission' s income <br /> and disbursements as owner of the Project during such fiscal <br /> year, the assets and liabilities of the Project at the beginning <br /> and close of the fiscal year, and such other information as is <br /> necessary to enable the City and the County to be fully informed <br /> as to all matters pertaining to the financial operation of the <br /> Commission as owner of the Project during such year. Certified '' <br /> copies of such statement shall be filed with the City and the �i <br /> County. Such statement, books of record and account shall at all <br /> reasonable times be open to inspection by the City and the <br /> County. <br /> The Commission will also cause an annual audit of such <br /> books or records and accounts for the preceding fiscal year to be <br /> made by an independent certified public accountant, and will make <br /> such audit available for inspection by the City and the County. <br /> SECTION VII <br /> Miscellaneous <br /> A. This Lease shall inure to the benefit of and be <br /> binding upon the respective parties hereto, their successors and <br /> assigns, and shall also inure to the benefit of the owners of any <br /> Bond and Parity Bonds as their interests may appear . <br /> -18- <br />
