Amendments hereof shall be made upon the written <br /> agreement of the County, the City and the Commission, subject to <br /> the provisions of the Bond Resolution. <br /> F. Any notice necessary or proper to be given to any <br /> of the parties hereto may be served in the following manner : <br /> (a) If to the Commission, by delivering such <br /> notice to the Chairman or Secretary; or, if to the <br /> County, by delivering such notice to the Chairman of the <br /> County Board of The County of Macon, Illinois or to the <br /> County Clerk of The County of Macon, Illinois; or if to <br /> the City, by delivering such notice to the City Manager <br /> or the City Clerk of the City of Decatur, Macon County, <br /> Illinois; or <br /> (b) By depositing a duly executed copy thereof in <br /> the United States mails, by registered or certified <br /> mail, duly addressed to the Chairman or Secretary of the <br /> Commission, to the said Chairman or the County Clerk of <br /> the said County Board, or to the City Manager or the <br /> City Clerk of the City of Decatur, Macon County, <br /> Illinois, as the case may be; or <br /> Service by such mailing shall be deemed sufficient if <br /> addressed to the Commission, the City, or the County, as the case <br /> may be, at such address as the Commission, the City, or the <br /> County may have last furnished each other in writing until a <br /> different address shall be so furnished, by mailing the same as <br /> aforesaid, addressed, as the case may be as follows: <br /> Chairman <br /> Decatur Public <br /> Building Commission <br /> One Civic Center Plaza <br /> Decatur, Illinois 62523 � <br /> Chairman of the County Board of The County ' <br /> of Macon, Illinois <br /> Macon County Building II <br /> 253 E.
