In the event that restrictions upon the use of water <br /> whether as to amount or type of use or otherwise are established <br /> by the City for use of water furnished from the City water <br /> system, the Village shall establish and enforce the same <br /> restrictions in a like manner for water furnished from the system <br /> of the Village. <br /> 12 . As is currently ordained as to all water services <br /> furnished water from the water system of the City by the <br /> provisions of Chapter 64 , sections 19 and 20 of the City Code, <br /> the City may terminate the furnishing of water to the Village for ! <br /> non-payment of water charges as in said sections so provided, or ��, <br /> . as the same may be amended from time to time . Except for non- <br /> payment of water charges , and except as may be otherwise provided <br /> by applicable law, termination shall not be available as a remedy <br /> to enforce the provisions of this agreement , but the parties <br /> hereto may resort to action for damages or other appropriate <br /> relief to enforce the same or to correct , or obtain restitution <br /> for injury occasioned by, violation of the provisions hereof . In <br /> the event a violation is claimed, the claiming party shall <br /> give notice in writing thereof to the other party, which party <br /> shall be given a reasonable time in light of the nature of the <br /> violation claimed to ccrrect the same , which time shall be not <br /> 4 <br />
