The quantity of water to be so <br /> furnished shall be limited to not to exceed an average of 100 , 000 <br /> gallons per day calculated monthly. <br /> 8. That at said delivery point or points the Village shall <br /> furnish and install to City standards and specifications metering <br /> and regulating devices which shall remain the property of the <br /> Village and by it made accessible to the City for reading and <br /> inspection. Said metering and regulating devices shall be sealed <br /> against tampering or unauthorized adjustment and shall be <br /> promptly tested at the expense of the Village from time to time <br /> upon request in writing from the City. <br /> 9 . The quantity of water furnished the Village by the City <br /> shall be determined monthly at such time during the month as ��I <br /> shall be determined by the City. Within a reasonable time after <br /> the quantity of water furnished is determined, the City shall <br /> bill the Village and the Village shall, within ten ( 10 ) da1s <br /> after the date of such bill, pay the City. The amounts charged <br /> the Village shall be determined by the application of the <br /> provisions of general ordinance from time to time passe3 by the <br /> Council of the City, which said amounts shall not exceed two <br /> times the water charges for non-domestic monthly services <br /> situated within the corporate limits of the City plus applicable <br /> service charge. <br /> 10 . In the event that the Village shall fail to pay the <br /> City for water furnished within ten ( 10 ) days of the date of the <br /> 3 <br />
