Before commencing construction of any substantial <br /> extension or modification of said system the Village shall cause <br /> detailed plans thereof to be prepared and submitted to the City <br /> for examination and review. Further, before admitting any <br /> extension or modification of the Village system to service, the <br /> Village shall cause the same to be properly sterilized and <br /> tested. <br /> 4 . That there shall be no connection, directly or <br /> indirectly, to the Village system or any connection of any <br /> service connected to the Village system to any source of water <br /> other than that supplied by the City or the Village. <br /> 5 . That no connection to the Village system for a water <br /> service or otherwise shall be made except by a plumber licensed <br /> by the State of Illinois or by an employee of the Village . <br /> 6 . That the Village shall not furnish water service through <br /> its system to any premises unless said premises are served by and <br /> connected with a properly installed and operating sanitary waste <br /> disposal facility which may include a properly operating and <br /> installed septic tank system conforming with the specifications , <br /> standards and regulations of the State of Illinois regarding such <br /> systems . <br /> 7 . That during the term of this agreement the City shall , <br /> furnish to the Village treated and potable water from the water I <br /> works system of the City, the delivery point to be agreed upon by � <br /> the Village and the City.
