. " . <br /> 4. That there shall be no connection, directly or indirectly, to the Town <br /> system or any connection of any service connected to the Town system to any source <br /> of water other than that supplied by the City or the Town. <br /> 5. That no connection to the Town system for a water service or otherwise <br /> shall be made except by a plumber licensed by the State of Illinois or by an employee <br /> of the Town. <br /> 6. That the Town shall not furnish water service through .its system to any <br /> premises unless said premises are served by and connected with a properly installed <br /> and operating sanitary waste disposal facility which may include a properly operating <br /> and installed septic tank system conforming with the specifications, standards and <br /> regulations of the State of Illinois regarding such systems. <br /> 7. That during the term of this agreement the City shall furnish to the Town <br /> treated and potable water from the water works system of the City, the delivery <br /> point to be agreed upon by the Town and the City. The Town shall be responsible for <br /> all expenses for connection to the City water system. Plans and specifications <br /> for such connection shall be approved by the City Director of Public Works. The <br /> quantity of water to be so furnished shall be limited to not to exceed an average <br /> of 200,000 gallons per day calculated monthly. <br /> 8. Water shall be delivered to the Town only during episodes occasioned by a <br /> temporary failure of the Town water system or some part thereof, and the furnishing <br /> of water by the City is not intended to be, and shall not be a complement or sup- <br /> plement to the Town water supply for extended periods of even modest duration. <br /> 9. That at said delivery point or points the Town shall furnish and install <br /> to City standards and specifications metering and regulating devices which shall <br /> remain the property of the Town and by it made accessible to the City for reading <br /> and inspection. Said metering and regulating devices shall be sealed against <br /> tamperTng or unauthorized adjustment and shall be promptly tested at the expense <br /> of the Town from time to �ime upon request in writing from the City. <br /> - 2 - <br />
