� <br /> substantially in the form of the Preliminary Official Statement , <br /> with such changes , completions or corrections therein as shall be <br /> necessary to reflect accurately the details of the Bonds , the <br /> Indenture , the Reimbursement Agreement , the Remarketing <br /> Agreement , the Letter of Credit, the Project and the use of the <br /> Bond proceeds . <br /> Section 6 . Execution of Bonds and Documents . The Mayor of <br /> the City is hereby authorized and directed to cause the Bonds to <br /> be prepared in the form now before this meeting and hereby <br /> approved. The Bonds shall be executed in the name of the City <br /> with the manual or facsimile signature of its Mayor and shall be <br /> attested by the manual or facsimile signature of its City Clerk, <br /> and the seal of the City, or a facsimile thereof, shall be <br /> imprinted or impressed thereon. The appropriate officers and <br /> agents of the City required by the Indenture, the Reimbursement <br /> Agreement , the Remarketing Agreement and the Official Statement <br /> to execute , attest and deliver such documents for and on behalf <br /> of, and as the act and deed of , the City are hereby autnorized <br /> and directed to execute, attest and deliver such documents for <br /> and on behalf of the City. <br /> Section 7 . Further Authority. The City shall, and the <br /> officers and agents of the City are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to take such action and execute such other documents , <br /> financing statements , certificates and instruments including, <br /> without limitation, a certificate or certificates to substantiate <br /> the conclusion that the Bonds are not "arbitrage bonds" within <br />
