, � <br /> , <br /> the meaning of Section 103 ( c ) of the Code and the regulations <br /> promulgated or proposed thereunder, as may be necessary or <br /> desirable to carry out and comply with the intent of this <br /> Ordinance and to carry out, comply with and perform the duties of <br /> the City with respect to the Bonds , the Indenture, the <br /> Reimbursement Agreement or the Remarketing Agreement , and all <br /> acts and doings of the officers of the City which are in <br /> conformity with the purposes and intent of this Ordinance and in <br /> furtherance of the issuance and sale of the Bonds and the <br /> financing of the Praject shall be, and are hereby in all <br /> respects , authorized, approved and confirmed. <br /> Section 8 . Severability. The provisions of this Ordinance <br /> are hereby declared to be separable, and if any section, phrase <br /> or provision shall for any reason be declared invalid, such <br /> declaration shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the <br /> sections , phrases and provisions hereof . <br /> Section 9 . Repeal of Inconsistent Ordinances , Resolutions <br /> and Orders . All ordinances , resolutions and orders , or parts <br /> thereof , in conflict with the provisions of this Ordinance are, <br /> to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. <br /> Section 10 . Ordinance Irrepealable. After the Bonds are <br /> issued, this Ordinance shall be and remain irrepealable until the <br /> Bonds and the interest thereon shall have been fully paid or <br /> deemed paid as provided in Article XII of the Indenture. <br /> Section 11.
