Chapter 43 <br /> shall be properly safe-guarded or removed in a manner approved <br /> by the fire official. Any tank which has been abandoned for a <br /> period of more than one ( 1) year shall be removed from the <br /> property in a manner approved by the fire official and the site <br /> restored in an acceptable manner. Tanks which are returned to <br /> service after being "temporarily out of service" for a period <br /> exceeding one hundred eighty ( 180 ) days shall be tested in the <br /> manner described in Section 17 hereof . <br /> 20 . Any tank which has been abandoned shall be caused to <br /> be removed by the owner of the property on which the tank is <br /> located, within sixty ( 60 ) days of receipt of written <br /> notification from the f ire off icial. In addition to any other <br /> remedy or penalty, and cumulative thereof , said Department may, <br /> after expiration of said sixty day period, cause such tank to <br /> be removed, and have of and from the owner of said premises <br /> reimbursement for any and all costs and expenses in connection <br /> therewith, and said costs and expenses are a lien upon the real <br /> estate affected. <br /> 21 . The smoking of a pipe , cigar, cigarette or tobacco <br /> or other substance or. any motor coach or bus of the City is <br /> prohibited. <br /> 22 . The carrying or possession of any ignited, flaming, <br /> smoking or smoldering substance on any motor coach or bus of <br /> the City while such vehicle is in service, whether parked or <br /> moving, is prohibited. _ <br />
