Chapter 43 <br /> be subject to the provisions of Section 20 of Chapter 64 of <br /> this Code . Whenever a fire hydrant or appliance is removed <br /> as herein permitted, it shall be replaced or re-installed as <br /> soon as the purpose for which it was removed has been <br /> accomplished. Defective and non-approved fire hydrants , <br /> appliances or equipment shall be replaced or repaired as <br /> directed by the f ire official. No hydrants shall be <br /> removed from service unless approved by the fire officials . <br /> 15 . A person shall not sell, trade , loan or give away <br /> any form, type or kind of fire extinguisher which is not <br /> approved by the fire official, or which is not in proper <br /> working order, or the contents of which do not meet the ' <br /> requirements of the fire official. The requirements of this <br /> section not only apply to the sale, trade or exchange of <br /> obsolete or damaged equipment for junk and said units are <br /> permanently disfigured or marked with permanent sign <br /> indentifying them as junk. <br /> 16 . No person , firm, corporation or other entity shall <br /> keep, store , transport , transfer, sell, deliver or use <br /> within the corporate limits of the City of Decatur, any <br /> petroleum product , gasoline, volatile oils , or other <br /> volatile combustibles or compounds in such a manner or under <br /> such circumstances as to jeopardize life or property, or in <br /> violation of any provisions of city code, Fire Prevention <br /> Code or State of Illinois Rule and Regulations for Flammable <br /> or Combustible Liquids . <br />
