Chapter 49 <br /> 24 . Adequate written evidence of age and identity of <br /> � <br /> the person is no less than two documents one of which is <br />' issued by a federal, state, county or municipal government <br /> or subdivision or agency thereof, and which document <br /> incorporates a photograph of such person along with a <br /> statement of the month, day and year of such person' s birth. <br /> 25 . No person shall sell, give or furnish to any person <br /> under the age of 21 years any false or fraudulent written, <br /> printed or photostatic evidence of the age or identity of <br /> such person, or shall sell, give or furnish to any person <br /> under the age of 21 years evidence of age and identification <br /> of any other person. <br /> 26. No person under the age of 21 years shall present <br /> � or offer to any licensee or the agent or employee of any <br /> licensee any written, printed or photostatic evidence of age <br /> and identity which is false, fraudulent or not actually said <br /> person' s own for the purpose of ordering, purchasing, <br /> attempting to purchase, or otherwise procurring or <br /> attempting to procure the serving of any alcoholic beverage, <br /> or to have in possession any false or fraudulent written, <br /> printed or photostatic evidence of age and identity. <br /> 27 . No person under the age of 21 years shall consume, <br /> purchase, accept delivery of , or possess alcoholic liquor; <br /> provided possession, dispensing or consumption of alcoholic <br /> liquor by such a person in the performance of a religious <br /> � service or ceremony, the consumption of alcoholic liquor by <br />
