Chapter 49 <br /> such a person in the privacy of a home, under the direct • <br /> supervision of, and with the approval of a parent or <br /> guardian of such person, or the possession and delivery <br /> of alcoholic liquor in pursuance of the employment of, such <br /> person by a licensee as allowed in this Chapter, are not <br /> prohibited. <br /> 28 . In each premise licensed under the provisions hereof <br /> there shall be displayed at all tims in a prominent place a <br /> printed card supplied by the City Clerk which shall be <br /> substantially as follows : <br /> "WARNING: If you are under twenty-one ( 21) <br /> years of age, you are subject to a f ine up to <br /> $500 .00 if you PURCHASE alcoholic liquor or <br /> MISREPRESENT YOUR AGE for the purpose of <br /> purchasing or obtaining alcoholic liquore <br /> OFFICIAL PHOTO IDENTIFICATION will be required • <br /> to prove age before purchase. " <br /> 29 . No person under the age of 21 years shall tend bar <br /> or tend a package counter or window, or sell, draw, pour, <br /> mix or serve alcoholic liquor and no licensee or any <br /> officer, associate, member, representative, agent or <br /> employee of a licensee shall engage, employ or permit any <br /> person under the age of 21 years so to do. <br /> 30 . It shall be unlawful for any parent , guardian or <br /> person in loco parentis to knowingly suffer or permit any <br />, P <br /> erson under the age of 21 years of which he or she may be <br /> such arent uardian or erson in loco paren�is to violate <br /> P , g P <br /> any provision of this chapter. <br /> • <br />
