19. No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle <br /> upon any street , other than an alley, in such manner or <br /> under such conditions as to leave available less than ten <br /> feet of width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular <br /> traffic, except that a driver may stop temporarily during <br /> the actual loading or unloading of goods or passengers or <br /> when necessary in obedience to traffic regulations, traffic <br /> signs or signals of a police officer. <br /> 20. (a) Between the hours of 2 : 00 a.m. and 6 : 00 a.m. <br /> of any day, no person shall park any vehicle for a period of <br /> time longer than thirty (30) minutes on those streets where <br /> official signs are erected or placed giving notice thereof, <br /> except physicians on emergency calls. <br /> (b) The parking of trucks, truck tractors, semi- <br /> trailers, or any part of such vehicles is hereby prohibited <br /> on any street . or alley of the City beetween the hours of <br /> 2 :00 a.m. and 6 :00 a.m. <br /> (c) The parking of detached trailers or semi-trailers <br /> is hereby prohibited on the streets and alleys at any time. <br /> 21. When signs are erected giving notice thereof, no <br /> person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the <br /> streets designated by Ordinance. <br /> 22. When signs are erected in each block giving notice <br /> thereof , no person shall park a vehicle at any time during <br /> the hours stated on such signs upon any of the streets <br /> designated by Ordinance. <br />
