23. When signs are erected in a block giving notice • <br /> thereof , no person shall park a vehicle within said block <br /> for longer than the time designated by Ordinance for the <br /> street or area described therein. <br /> 24. (a) No person shall stop, stand, or park a <br /> vehicle for any purpose or period of time other than for the <br /> expeditious loading or unloading of passengers, not to <br /> exceed three ( 3) minutes , at any place marked as a passenger <br /> loading zone during the hours when regulations applicable to <br /> such passenger loading zones are effective. <br /> (b) Those parking spaces designated by ordinance as <br /> truck parking zones, when appropriate signs are erected <br /> giving notice thereof, shall, between the hours of 6 :00 a.m. <br /> and 3 : 00 p.m. of each day except Sunday and those holidays <br /> designated in this Chapter, be reserved for the parking of <br /> motor vehicles of the second division or any motor vehicle <br /> properly displaying a Commercial Vehicle Parking Permit as <br /> provided herein. During said time of said days, no vehicle <br /> other than a motor vehicle of the second division or a <br /> vehicle properly displaying said Commercial Vehicle Parking <br /> Permit shall be parked or stopped and left standing in such <br /> zones, and said vehicles allowed hereby to be parked in said <br /> zones shall be so parked during said time of said days only <br /> when the same are being loaded or unloaded. Vehicles other <br /> than motor vehicles of the second division or those <br /> displaying a Commercial Vehicle Parking Permit may be parked <br /> in said zones after the hour of 3 :00 p.m. and before the <br /> hour of 6 : 00 a.m. on each day of the week.
