Parking tickets issued for overtime parking or <br /> . parking meter violations may be settled for $2 .00 if paid <br /> within 72 hours of the time of the violation, or for $4. 00 <br /> if paid after 72 hours but within 144 hours of said time. <br /> Parking tickets issued for any other violations of the <br /> provisions of this chapter may be settled for $5 .00 if paid <br /> within said 72 hours or for 10. 00 if aid after 72 hours <br /> � $ P � <br /> but within 144 hours of said time. If not so settled, fine <br /> shall be imposed as elsewhere provided herein. <br /> 78. If any part of parts of this chapter are for any <br /> person held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect <br /> the validity of the remaining portions thereof. <br />
