' �. w - . • ��CROFI�� ORDINANCE N0. �3 ' q ORDINANCE 1�TODIFYING CHARGES FOR USE OF MOTOR VEHI�CLE� PARKIN�G SYSTEM GARAGE FACILITIES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCiL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section 1. That in accordance with and pursuant to the applicable provisions of Chavter 30 of the City Code and to the provisions of other ordinances of the City and until the further order of the Council certain of the charges for the use of certain of the facilities of the �otor vehicle �arking system of the City be, and the same are hereby, modified as � here ina fter set out. Section 2. That the rates and charges currently in effect for use of spaces in those facilities of the motor vehicle parking system not expressly mentioned herein shall continue to be charged and collected until the further order of the Council. Section 3. That until the further order of the Council f the hourl char es or rates _or occunanc of each sv ace in y g y _ those facilities of said system designated as Garages B and C be, and the same are hereby, changed, modified and established as follows : A) For any period of one (1) hour or less -- No charge; B) For anv continuous period in excess of one (1) hour -- No charge for the first hour and twenty cents ( . 20) for each hour or fraction thereof in excess of one (I) hour to a maxinum of One Dollar Eighty Cents , ($l. F30) ; C) For occupancy of any such sPace after 6 :a0 P.M. and all day •Sunday -- No charge. Section 4. That until the further order of the Council the monthly charge or rate for other than hourly parking in spaces designated for the same on the first level of Garage B and the lower level of Garage C be , and the same is h.ereby, established at Sixteen Dollars ($16. 00) �er month. �
