That until the further order of the Council <br /> the monthlv charge or rate for other than hourly parking in <br /> spaces designated for the same on the upper levels of Garages <br /> B and C be, and the same is hereby, established at Twelve <br /> Dollars ($12. 00) per month. <br /> Section 6. That the monthly charge or rate for occunancy <br /> of designated spaces by motorcycles shall be one-half (1/2) <br /> the respective rates set out in Sections 4 and 5. <br /> Section 7. That the char�es set out in Section 4, 5 <br /> and 6 shall not be nrorated and once paid shall not be <br /> refunded. <br /> Section 8. That no charge for f�ourly parking in said <br /> garages shall be made for the five (5) respective Fridays <br /> and Saturdays immediately next preceding Christmas Day. <br /> Section 9. That the City PTanager be, and he is <br /> hereby, authorized and directed to, at the request of <br /> the Downtown Decatur Council, suspend hourly parking <br /> charges on not to exceed ten (10) days in any one (1) <br /> calendar year as incentive days to encourage greater use <br /> of said facilities , <br /> Section 10. That Resolution No. R1780 adopted the <br /> 17th day of rdove�ber, 1969 be, and the same is hereby, <br /> repealed. , <br /> Section 11. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, �� <br /> authorized and di�ected to cause to be done that which he I� <br /> deems apnropriate to carry out the intent and nurpose of ', <br /> the nrovisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 12. That the ap�licable provisions of existing <br /> ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, <br /> to the extent of said conflict be, and the saLne are hereby, <br /> amended and modified to conforLn with the provisions hereof. <br /> Section 13. That the provisions of this ordinance other <br /> than those regarding other than hourly charges shall become <br /> effective after nublication hereof as pr_ovided by law and <br /> said provisions regarding charges for other than hourly <br /> parking shall become and be effective on and after December <br /> 1, 1933. <br /> Section 14.
