That the above-described portion of said East <br /> Orchard Street be, and the sazne is hereby, vacated as a public <br /> street upon the reservations hereinafter provided inasr.zuch as <br /> the same is no longer required for public use and the public <br /> interest �vi11 be subserved by such vacation, said portion of <br /> said street being shown on the plat thereof hereto attached <br /> and hereby made a part hereof. <br />
