�`. _ �' a � x <br /> . a�',��, .j . <br /> . ��a��``��, <br /> ORDINANCE N0. � �J—s�-- <br /> ORDINANCE AN�NDING SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY <br /> - WOODFORD HOME�S, INC. - <br /> WHEP�EAS , on the 7th day of July, 1983 , upon due notice, <br /> the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon <br /> the netition of Woodford Hor.ies , Inc, to a�nend a s�ecial use <br /> permit for the operation of a residential care facility at <br /> 1421 East �rchard Street granted by Ordinance No. 7014; and, <br /> WHEREAS , said Decatur City Plan Commission has submitted <br /> its report and reco�mmendations to the Council wherein said <br /> Commission did recommend that the prayer of said petition be , <br /> granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFC�RE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY �F DECATUR, ILLINOIS : <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendations of the <br /> . Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on f ile <br /> and approved. <br /> Section 2 . That Ordinance No. 7014 be, and the same is <br /> hereby, amended at Section 3(d) , 3(f) , 3(g) and 4 thereof so <br /> that as so amended said sections shall provide as follows : <br /> 3(d) All required licenses shall be obtained and kept <br /> in torce and all anplicable guidelines shall be <br /> met and maintained at all times the facility is <br /> in oneration. <br /> 3(f) Those admitted to residence shall be ambulatory <br /> residents of M�con County, Illinois , who are <br /> (I) of ages 6 through 18 years with moderate <br /> to profound mental retardation able to use <br /> educational nrograms of the public schools or <br /> of Progress School and to use existing community <br /> recreational programs and whose parent or parents <br /> are and continue to be involved in their training <br /> and afford regular frequent home visits , or (2) <br /> r�entally handicanped adults who are able to <br /> utilize existing com�.nunity resources , programs <br /> and services and who are actively en�agec� in a <br /> cammunity-based mental health treatment/habilitation <br /> pro�ram. <br />
