�`. _ �' a � x . a�',��, .j . . ��a��``��, ORDINANCE N0. � �J—s�-- ORDINANCE AN�NDING SPECIAL USE PERMIT RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY - WOODFORD HOME�S, INC. - WHEP�EAS , on the 7th day of July, 1983 , upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the netition of Woodford Hor.ies , Inc, to a�nend a s�ecial use permit for the operation of a residential care facility at 1421 East �rchard Street granted by Ordinance No. 7014; and, WHEREAS , said Decatur City Plan Commission has submitted its report and reco�mmendations to the Council wherein said Commission did recommend that the prayer of said petition be , granted. NOW, THEREFC�RE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY �F DECATUR, ILLINOIS : Section 1. That the report and recommendations of the . Decatur City Plan Commission be received, placed on f ile and approved. Section 2 . That Ordinance No. 7014 be, and the same is hereby, amended at Section 3(d) , 3(f) , 3(g) and 4 thereof so that as so amended said sections shall provide as follows : 3(d) All required licenses shall be obtained and kept in torce and all anplicable guidelines shall be met and maintained at all times the facility is in oneration. 3(f) Those admitted to residence shall be ambulatory residents of M�con County, Illinois , who are (I) of ages 6 through 18 years with moderate to profound mental retardation able to use educational nrograms of the public schools or of Progress School and to use existing community recreational programs and whose parent or parents are and continue to be involved in their training and afford regular frequent home visits , or (2) r�entally handicanped adults who are able to utilize existing com�.nunity resources , programs and services and who are actively en�agec� in a cammunity-based mental health treatment/habilitation pro�ram.
