In addition, administrative, pro- <br /> fessional and support staff will be provided <br /> in accordance with any applicable licensure <br /> requirements and guidelines , and, in any <br /> event, sufficient to meet the identified <br /> needs of the residents. <br /> 4 That the failure of said permittee to abide, <br /> comply with or carry out any one or u�ore of <br /> the conditions aforesaid shall cause this <br /> permit to , without further proceedin�s or <br /> notice, terminate, whereupon the snecial use <br /> permitted hereby shall cease and terminate <br /> and the council may authorize such proceeding <br /> or nroceedings as ma.y be deened to be necessary <br /> or desirable to remove such use and cause the <br /> use of said premises to conform with permitted <br /> R-3 Single Family Residence District uses and • <br /> the permittee by accepting such permit and <br /> exercising any privilege granted hereby agrees <br /> to all of the terms and conditions hereof <br /> expressly including the nrovi.sions of this <br /> section. <br /> Section 3.
